Our office for Growth Resource Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is located in Flat No: 59-B, which is in the VP Block of Pitam Pura. Pitam Pura is a busy residential part of New Delhi, so having an office here feels more like being part of a community than being in a business district. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make coffee and a living area where we have set up the main workstations. It is a comfortable place to work because it doesn't have that cold, corporate feel. We have curtains on the windows and some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive. The neighbors are mostly families, so we have to keep the noise down in the hallways. We spend our days going through data and talking to people about their growth plans. It’s a lot of quiet concentration mixed with occasional group discussions about how to handle a tricky project. We don't have a fancy sign on the building, just a small plaque near the doorbell. People usually come to see us by appointment, so it never gets too crowded in the flat. It is a very honest way to work, and we like the fact that we can just be ourselves while we get the job done. Sometimes we even work on the balcony when the weather is nice.
