Our office is over in Shastri Nagar at Plot No 206, Block No E/2. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time now. We do consulting work, which mostly involves sitting down with people and going over their paperwork or business problems. It isn't a massive office with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to one of us directly. We handle a variety of things depending on what the person needs help with that day. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out a way forward. We don't have a slick website or a lot of brochures. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us or have heard about us from a friend. It's a bit quiet in the block sometimes, which is good for focusing. We have our files organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. It’s just a small team here. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to be helpful.
