RD DEVELOPERS

We are RD Developers and we operate out of Pitampura in Delhi. The way we work is a bit different because it’s more of a freelancing setup. We don't have a massive office building with a logo on top. Instead, we work from a smaller space that lets us keep our overheads low. Pitampura is a great area to be in because it's so well connected. We handle a lot of development tasks, mostly dealing with property and planning. It’s a lot of running around from one office to another or meeting people at different sites. On a typical day, you’ll find us on our laptops or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a very hands-on approach. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without the typical corporate structure. Some days are incredibly busy and we’re working late into the night, while other days are a bit slower and we can catch up on reading or site research. We don't really use a lot of marketing; usually, someone just recommends us to a friend. It’s a practical business built on just getting things done. We like the flexibility of being in Delhi-34. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life and the work is always interesting to us. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
