Our office is at 35, Nishant Kunj in Pitampura. A good landmark to look for is Metro Pillar Number 334, as we are right opposite that. Rashi Financiers & Real Estate Consultants has been operating from this building for several years. Being so close to the metro makes it easy for people to find us, though the noise from the trains can be heard throughout the day. We have grown used to that sound, though. The office itself is a straightforward space. We have some wooden cabinets for all the files and a few desks for the staff. It is not one of those high-rise offices with glass elevators. It is a regular building where we just get our work done. We deal with finance and property, so there is always a lot of paperwork on our tables. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in documents, but we manage to keep it mostly organized. We have a small kettle in the back to make tea because we drink a lot of it during the day. Most of our clients are people from the surrounding area who just walk in. We do not really do any big advertisements. People just know we are here by the metro pillar. It is a busy road outside with plenty of shops and people moving around. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day's tasks.
