You can find us at No. 193 in the Rani Bagh area. It’s a standard neighborhood location, nothing too flashy. The office is tucked away, so if you aren't looking for the number, you might walk right past it. We have a front desk that is almost always covered in stacks of papers and envelopes waiting to be processed. The carpet has seen better days, and the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear what’s going on in the neighboring units. We do various services, which means we are constantly switching between different types of paperwork and tasks. The phone rings at odd hours, and we just do our best to keep up with the messages. Rani Bagh is a lively place, so there’s always some noise coming from the street, whether it’s kids playing or someone selling vegetables from a cart. We have a small fridge in the corner for our lunches, and the microwave is a bit temperamental. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the way we run things. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations; we usually just talk over the desks to get things sorted. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let some fresh air in. It’s just a small team of us trying to stay on top of the daily workload and making sure everything gets filed where it belongs.
