Rajwada Banquets

If you're driving down G T Karnal Road, you'll find us at B-33. We are right near Gola Banquets, which is a pretty big landmark in this part of 110033. Things here at Rajwada Banquets stay pretty busy, especially when the season is right. It’s not a quiet area at all. The road outside is almost always packed with trucks and cars moving along. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. There is a lot of floor to sweep and chairs to move around. It's hard work and our backs usually ache by the end of the night. We aren't trying to be the most expensive place in Delhi. We just provide the space as it is. Some of the decorations are a bit old, but they still look okay when the lights are on. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived nearby for years. We eat our lunch in the back room when things quiet down for an hour. It’s a lot of physical labor, really. Dealing with the deliveries and making sure the water is running right. You get used to the noise of the main road after a while. It just becomes background sound. We just keep the doors open and do the job we’re supposed to do without making a big fuss about it. We don't do much marketing. It is what it is.
