Rajiv Pandey

My name is Rajiv Pandey and I run things from B-557, Sector-1 in Avantika, Rohini. This part of New Delhi is pretty far out, but it’s where we’ve always been. The zip code is 110085. Our office is in a busy block. There are always people moving around, scooters zooming past, and the usual city sounds. The space we have at B-557 is modest. It’s got everything we need to get through the day, but it’s definitely not a luxury suite. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some shelves for our files. I’ve lived and worked around here for years, so I know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just care about getting the tasks done. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We take our lunch breaks together, usually just getting something from the local stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way of working. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us trying to make sure the work is right. The building is a bit old, and the electricity can be a little flaky during the monsoon, but we manage. If you’re ever in Rohini Sector-1, this is where you’ll find us, just tucked into the Avantika area doing our thing every day without any big fuss.
