You can find us over at C-33/306 in the Aggarwal Modern Bazar area of Keshavpuram. It is a bit of a crowded spot, but that is just how things are around here. We have been operating from this location for a good while, and most of the other shopkeepers in the bazar know us by name. Our day usually starts early, getting the shutters up and seeing what needs to be sorted for the morning. There is a lot of back and forth with customers and people just dropping by to ask questions. We deal with various goods, and the shelves are always full of something or other. It can get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, and we have to move boxes around to make space. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a hands-on environment. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we manage. My family has been involved in this for a long time, so it feels like second nature to be here. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing. We just focus on what is in front of us and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It is a steady life, and we like the routine of the bazar. It's noisy and dusty, but it's where we belong.
