Pooja Agro Industries

Our place is located at Bu- 42 in the SFS Flats right along the Outer Ring Road. It’s a bit of a busy spot because of all the traffic coming off the main road, but we’ve managed to make it work for Pooja Agro Industries. We deal with agricultural stuff, mostly processing and handling the backend side of things. It’s not like a big factory you might imagine; it’s more of a functional workspace where we get the actual work done. I usually get in early before the noise from the Ring Road gets too loud. My brother and a couple of guys from the neighborhood help with the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the quality of the loads coming in. It’s hard work and the hours can be long during the harvest seasons. We don't have any shiny signs or anything, just a small board so people can find us among the flats. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we manage. Sometimes it’s dusty, and sometimes it’s loud, but that’s just how this business is. We’ve been in Pitampura for a good bit now and it feels like home. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. The tea guy brings us a tray every morning at ten.
