R & G Global Tool

R & G Global Tool is situated at Bp 64 in Pitampura. We are right opposite Munimaya Ram Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find the spot. The road is always busy with people going to the hospital or the shops nearby. Our storefront is quite small, and we have tools displayed in the front window. They’ve been there so long the sun has bleached some of the packaging. Inside, it's a bit of a tight squeeze with all the boxes we have piled up. We spend our time checking the inventory and helping people who wander in looking for a specific bit or wrench. The floor is made of old tiles that are cracked in a few places. We have a small counter where we handle the cash and write out receipts by hand. It’s a steady pace of life here at Bp 64. Sometimes we watch the traffic out the window when things are slow. Having the hospital right across the street means there’s always something going on outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Pitampura, just a place that stays open and does its thing. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we have to use a ladder quite often. It’s just us and the tools, day in and day out, in this little corner of the neighborhood.
