Punjabi Wok is our shop, and you can find us at Number 15/27 in the Central Market-Deep Market area of Ashok Vihar Phase 1. Delhi is a big place, but Ashok Vihar has its own feel, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We are right in the middle of the market, so it’s always lively around here. Our place is a bit of a mix, hence the name. We aren't some big chain or a polished franchise. We are just a shop in the market. The pin code is 110052. Most days involve us getting everything ready before the market crowds start showing up. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to tell us how to speak to people. We just talk like normal folks. Sometimes the market gets so busy you can hardly walk, but we're still here in Deep Market. We like the energy of Ashok Vihar. It’s a practical business. We cook, people eat, and we clean up. There are no fancy promises here. We just use what we have and try to make it work. If you’re walking through Central Market, you’ll probably see us. It’s a small space but we make it work. We’ve been at this shop for a while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers around. It is just life in the market for us.
