Our office is in Sector 16 of Rohini, located at G-5/6. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses trying to make a go of it. Prolect Solution Pvt. Ltd. is just one of those places. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper. Instead, we are in a regular building where the stairs are a little steep and the hallways are narrow. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few swivel chairs that squeak when you move, and a lot of cords tangled behind the computers. We don't have a fancy coffee machine; we just make tea on a small burner in the corner. It is a very honest environment. We don't spend money on expensive decor or promotional materials. We just focus on the work that comes in. The neighborhood is full of small shops where we get our supplies and snacks. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, or there is a lot of noise from the nearby market, but we are used to it by now. It is a practical, no-nonsense place to spend the day. We don't have a grand vision we talk about; we just try to do a good job so we can come back and do it again tomorrow. It’s just how things are done here in Rohini.
