We are tucked away at 66, Shakti Vihar in the Pitampura area of Delhi. If you know where M2K Pitampura is, then you are pretty much there, as we are just a short walk from the cinema. Pitampura is a crowded, lively neighborhood and we’ve become a part of the daily routine for a lot of people living around here. The restaurant isn't very large, but it gets the job done. We get a lot of families coming in, especially on the weekends when nobody wants to cook at home. It can get pretty loud with kids and people talking over each other, but that’s just how Delhi is. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The street outside can be a bit of a struggle with parking sometimes, as anyone who drives in this city knows. We’ve been at this Shakti Vihar address for a long time, so we’ve seen the kids in the neighborhood grow up and start coming in with their own friends. It’s a plain, honest sort of place. We don’t spend much time on decorations; we just focus on making sure the food is ready and the tables are wiped down. It’s a local spot through and through. You won't find anything too fancy here, just a place to eat and catch up with neighbors. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years and know the menu inside and out.
