Pavitra Associates

We have been around Rohini Sector 5 for a while now, specifically at C-9/17. Pavitra Associates is basically just a small office where we handle things day to day. It’s not a big fancy place, just a desk and some chairs. People mostly find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with paperwork and property stuff can get messy, so we try to keep it straightforward. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the area well. The office is easy to find if you know the sector. There is a lot of change happening in this part of town lately with new buildings going up. We see it all from our spot here. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to get the job done so people can move on with their lives. If you stop by, you might see us drinking tea or sorting through folders. It is just honest work. We don't use fancy software or have a flashy lobby. The morning usually starts with opening the shutters and cleaning the dust off the front. Rohini gets a bit dusty with all the traffic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some people have been coming to C-9/17 for a long time now. We keep our records in old-fashioned files mostly.
