My name is Pankaj and I run Pankaj J Gupta Co. Our place is at B 84, Kailash Vihar in Sector 20, Rohini. We are quite close to Sultan Puri. This part of Delhi is always moving. I’ve lived and worked in Rohini for many years. The office is part of a residential block, so it feels very much like a home. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost. Inside, it's just a couple of rooms with some computers and a lot of files. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once. I usually have tea with the staff in the afternoon. We talk about work and other things too. It is a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or act like we are in some big tower downtown. I started this after working for someone else for a long time. I wanted to do things my way. It’s not a fancy operation. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit and chat. Most of our work comes from people nearby who know my name. I try to be honest about what we can do. If I can't help, I say so. That is just how I like to run things. I think people appreciate that I don't try to sugarcoat everything. It is just a real business.
