Onkar Infotech is located up in Rohini, specifically in Sector 16. Our spot is I-4/48. If you know Delhi, you know Rohini can be quite spread out, but we’re in a part that feels like a real community. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Most people come to us when their computer is acting up or they need some tech help. We aren’t a giant store with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a local shop vibe where you can just walk in and talk. Sometimes the place is a bit cluttered with parts and cables, but that’s because we’re always working on something. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or fixing hardware. The summer heat in Rohini can be tough, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people find us because someone else told them we’re okay to deal with. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably talk to the same person who fixes your machine. It’s simple and it works for us. We like being in Sector 16 because it’s easy for people to reach us. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, but that is just part of the work. We just keep our heads down and do the repairs as they come in.
