Navdhara Technologies Private Limited is located at Shop No. 10/4, taking up both the ground and first floor in the Idgah Market area of Sultanpuri. Being in a market area means there is constant movement outside our doors. There are vendors, customers, and all sorts of noises from the street that filter in throughout the day. We use the ground floor for some things and the first floor for the main technical work. It’s a bit of an unusual layout for a technology company, but it works for us. We don’t have any polished reception area or fancy glass partitions. It’s more of a practical, lived-in space where everyone knows where everything is. The stairs are a bit narrow, and we have to be careful when moving equipment up and down. Sultanpuri is a busy place, and being right in the Idgah Market makes us feel like we are part of the local buzz. We don’t spend our time writing about how great we are; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a lot of informal talk and joking around while we work. It’s not a stiff or formal environment at all. We just show up, do the best we can with what we have, and keep the business running from our two floors. It is a noisy, lively place.
