Mohit Associates

Our office is located at 52, Pocket H 33 in Sector-03, Rohini. It’s right near Visharam Chowk, so it’s pretty easy for people to find us if they know the area. Rohini is a big place, but Sector-03 has its own feel to it. I’ve been working here as Mohit Associates for a few years now, mostly helping people with their housing needs. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting folks who are often quite nervous about making a big purchase. I try to keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed. We aren't some high-pressure sales firm. Usually, people just come in for a cup of tea and we look at some listings together. Sometimes we find a match quickly, and other times it takes months of searching. I spend a lot of time checking out different pockets in Rohini to see what’s coming up for sale. It’s a lot of local knowledge that you can’t just find online. My desk is usually covered in maps and notes about different property owners. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most of our clients come from recommendations from their neighbors or friends who we helped before. It’s a small, local way of doing business, but it keeps us busy enough. Being near Visharam Chowk means there's always something happening right outside the door, which keeps things interesting for us day to day.
