Mind-Sol Information Services Inc. is located at 190, on the second floor of Shiva Market in Pitampura. Being in a market like Shiva Market means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear people shouting and cars honking from downstairs all the time. We are up on the 2nd floor, so we have to climb the stairs every morning, which is a bit of a workout. The office isn't very large, but we fit all our computers and files in there. We do information services, which basically means a lot of data entry and looking up stuff on the web. We have some old wooden desks that have been here since we started. There is a small window that looks out over the market, but there is so much dust in Delhi-110034 that we don't open it much. We drink a lot of water because the office gets warm. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. It is just us working away at our stations. Sometimes we take a break and go down to get some snacks from the shops in the market. It is a very normal place to work. We don't have any big signs or bright lights inside. We just focus on the computer work and try to finish everything on time. It feels like a local business because that’s what we are. We just do our thing every day at Shiva Market.
