Khanna Associates

Khanna Associates is based at A 3/226 in Rohini Sector 17. We have been at this address for many years now, and it has become a bit like a second home to us. Rohini is a huge area, but Sector 17 has its own feel, and we know it better than anywhere else. Our office is a small, practical space where we handle all the property work for the neighborhood. We mostly deal with residential floors and plots around here. It is not a corporate environment. We are just local people who understand how the market works in this part of Delhi. We do not use any complicated marketing talk. When someone comes to A 3/226, they usually just want to know if a house is worth the price or if the papers are clean. We tell them exactly what we think. We have lived around here long enough to know the history of most blocks in Sector 17. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people around different properties. Sometimes it is very hot or very rainy, but the work does not stop. We take pride in being honest with our neighbors. If a place has a downside, we do not hide it. We just want to help people find a decent place to live without any drama.
