Kay Pee Diamond Polish

We are over at B-89 in Shalimar Garden, which is part of the Sahibabad area. Kay Pee Diamond Polish is where we spend our days making things shine. It’s not a glamorous job, even if "diamond" is in the name. It’s mostly about using the right pads and machines to get a surface looking right. The shop can get quite dusty, so we wear masks and try to keep the fans blowing the air out. Shalimar Garden is a big area, and our little spot is just one of many small businesses around here. We see the same faces every morning when we arrive to open up. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small factories. We have some heavy machinery for the polishing work, and it makes a specific humming sound that you get used to after a few hours. Sometimes we have to redo a piece because the finish isn't quite smooth enough, and that can be frustrating, but we want it done right. It's a lot of standing on your feet and moving your arms back and forth. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired and covered in a bit of white powder from the polishing process. We just pack up, lock the gate, and head home to do it all again tomorrow. It is a simple trade that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. We have been at this for a long time and know the machines well.
