Janvi Food

If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away at Plot Number C-35 in Pritampura. Janvi Food is a small operation, really. It’s mostly just a few of us in the kitchen and the packing area. We spend our days preparing different food items, mostly things that people can take home and cook easily. The kitchen is always warm and smells like whatever we’re making that day, whether it’s spices or toasted grains. We don’t use any high-tech automation or anything like that. A lot of what we do is still done by hand because it just feels right that way. We get our supplies from the local markets early in the morning and start the processing right away. Sometimes we run out of space because the plot isn’t that big, so we have to be very organized with how we store the finished packets. We don’t have a big corporate office or anyone in a suit. Most of the time, we’re wearing aprons and hairnets, focusing on the quality of the food. It’s a busy little place, and there’s always something to do, like checking the seals on the bags or cleaning down the counters. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make good food that people enjoy eating. It’s a quiet life here in Pritampura, and we like the routine of it as we finish each batch.
