We’ve been working out of this office in Rohini Sector 24 for quite a while now. You can find Jain Associates & Consultant at number 54, in Pocket 28. We are right near the Indian Oil petrol pump, which is a landmark everyone around here uses. It’s a busy corner of Rohini, and there’s always someone stopping by for directions or asking about the local property prices. We don't just do sales; we spend a lot of time just talking to people about their plans. Buying a house is a big deal and it’s confusing with all the rules these days. We try to explain things in plain English, or Hindi, depending on who’s asking. Our office isn't one of those high-rise places. It's just a regular room where we keep our records and a couple of chairs for visitors. We know the different pockets of Sector 24 really well. We know which parks are kept clean and where the parking is a nightmare. That’s the kind of stuff you only know if you’ve been here for years. We aren't into big marketing tricks or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know our faces. It feels good to help a family find a place where they can settle down. We just take it one day at a time, helping out whoever walks through the door. It keeps us busy.
