Ip Technospace Facility Llp is located at D 192 on the first floor in Arjun Nagar. It’s a decent spot and we have been here long enough to feel like part of the local scenery. The office itself is quite plain, which is exactly how we like it because it means there are fewer things to worry about. We handle different facility-related tasks and the team is usually busy with one thing or another. Arjun Nagar has its own vibe and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of what is happening outside on the street. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we don't miss any details. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we have a lot of deadlines at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us who know each other well. We find that working this way is much more efficient than having a lot of meetings about nothing. We just talk to each other across the room and decide what needs to happen next. It's a practical way to run a business and it has served us well so far. We plan on staying in this location for the foreseeable future.
