You can find us at Rohini Sector 3 in the District Centre, at SH-4. Indian Foodtech Ltd is the name on the door but we are a small operation. We work on the technical side of food, mostly dealing with the machines and the processes that help small kitchens and businesses get their products packaged and ready for sale. It is more of an office and a small workshop space than a big factory. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to people about how to make their food production go a bit faster. It gets quite technical sometimes but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense to someone just starting a small snack business from their home. Rohini is a good area for us because there are many small units and entrepreneurs around here. We have a small team, mostly people who have been with us for several years and know these machines inside out. Our space at SH-4 is usually cluttered with spare parts, manuals, and half-finished projects. We don’t have a marketing team or anything polished like that. People find us because they need a specific machine fixed or they are looking for a way to seal their bags better for the market. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about how much the District Centre has changed since we first moved in. It is a steady pace of work and we just focus on getting the jobs finished correctly for the local clients.
