Icubemantra Private Limited

Icubemantra Private Limited is sitting at Plot No. 30 in Parsad Nagarbarsaitpur. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the city center, but the space is good for us. We have a whole plot which gives us a bit more room than we had in our old office. The building is simple, nothing too modern, just bricks and paint. Inside, it is all about the computers. We do a lot of coding and system stuff here. It is usually pretty quiet because everyone is wearing headphones and focusing on their screens. We have a small area outside where we can stand and talk for a bit when our eyes get tired of the blue light. Parsad Nagar is growing, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We don't really mind it. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how each other works. We do not bother with big meetings or long presentations. We just talk across the room if something needs fixing right away. It is a very practical environment for a tech team. We have some old furniture and some new stuff mixed together. The internet connection is the most important thing we have, and we make sure that stays up. It is just a group of people doing tech work in a quiet part of town.
