I Com Solutions

I Com Solutions is a small shop located at No. 88, Pocket-10, Sector-24 in Rohini. We have been in this part of Rohini for a good while now, and we have gotten to know many of the people who live nearby. The shop is not very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We have a counter at the front for talking to customers and a workspace at the back where we do all the actual repairs and technical tasks. It is often a bit crowded with monitors and keyboards waiting to be picked up. We don't have any corporate training or scripts that we use when people walk in. We just talk like regular people and try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy when we have a lot of work coming in at once, but we always know where everything is kept. Sector-24 is a pretty decent neighborhood, and we like the fact that people can just walk over from their homes to see us. We are not interested in being a big chain or anything like that. We just want to keep our little shop running and provide a useful place for the community. We stay until the work is done, even if that means closing up a bit later than we planned.
