The shop is out in Bawana, specifically at G-9, Pocket G, in the Sector 3 DSIDC area. It is quite a long drive if you are coming all the way from the center of Delhi. This part of the industrial area is always full of big trucks and workers moving around. We deal with copper and related materials here at Hari Om Kopper Komm Pvt. Ltd. It is a bit of a long name, but it is what we are. The warehouse is pretty big and it can get quite dusty during the dry months. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the back area, so it gets very warm when the sun is out. I have a small office near the front door where I try to keep the invoices and bills organized. It is usually a mess of papers and old coffee cups on my desk. We handle a lot of heavy metal, so there is a lot of lifting and moving stuff around every day. The guys working here have been with me for a long time now. We don't really do any advertising or marketing. Most of our business comes from people who already know us or work in the same industrial sector nearby. Bawana is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the distance, but it is where the industry happens. We just try to keep things moving along. When a shipment comes in, everyone stays busy. When it is quiet, we just maintain the place. It is a practical life for us.
