You can find us at 243 Azadpur in the Rai Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it's always busy with trucks and workers moving things around. At Electromech Tools & Components, we spend our time managing a lot of different small parts and tools. The shelves are packed with boxes, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. We don't have a fancy display window or anything like that. Most people who come here already know what they need for their factory or workshop. We keep things pretty simple. There's a small desk where we handle the billing and a few chairs if someone needs to wait for an order to be pulled from the back. It’s often hot in the summer because the building is old, but we just keep the fans going. We've been in Azadpur for quite some time, so we know the other business owners on this street. We help each other out when we can. Our days are filled with checking invoices and making sure the inventory counts are right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the local industries that rely on us. We don't use much technology besides an old computer for the basics. It’s a hands-on kind of place where we get our hands dirty every now and then, and that's just fine with us.
