Our office is tucked away on the first floor over in Rohini Sector 17, specifically at A3/213. E Touch Info Solution Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s mostly just us in a few rooms with computers and a lot of wires. Being in Rohini feels right because it’s a neighborhood where people actually live and work. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems for the people who call us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of hardware lying around that needs checking. We don’t wear suits here. It’s more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of place. The coffee machine breaks down more than we’d like, so we usually just go out to the local stalls. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve had some of the same clients for a long time now. They know we’re just regular people who know a thing or two about info solutions. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Usually, we just sit down and explain things plainly. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but once you’re inside, we just get on with the work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we try to keep things simple and honest for everyone who walks through the door.
