Our shop is over in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, right near the Pir Baba Dargah. If you know the Marble Market, you’ve probably passed us. We have been working out of A2/2 for a while. It’s a noisy area with all the workshops and trucks coming in and out, but it suits what we do. We mostly deal with machine tools. Most of our day is spent talking to people who need specific parts for their workshops or bigger factory setups. We keep a lot of stuff on the floor, so it can get a bit cramped sometimes. It’s a practical space, not a showroom. We don’t spend much time on decorations. The guys here know their way around the gears and cutters. Sometimes people get lost trying to find us because of how the lanes twist around the WHS area, so we usually tell them to look for the Dargah first. It’s easier that way. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy offices. It’s just us and the tools. We try to keep things simple and honest. When someone walks in, they usually know exactly what they want, and we just try to find it in the back for them. Dealing with heavy machinery parts means our hands stay a bit greasy most of the time. That’s just part of the job. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking orders, but we’ve got a good rhythm going after all these years.
