You can find us in Rohini Sector 11, specifically at F 2/7. We’ve been operating Desh Raj & Associates from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a busy area and there is always something happening on the street. Our office is just a regular room with some chairs and folders piled up. We deal with property matters every day. It’s mostly about knowing who to talk to and where the good spots are in Rohini. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. We prefer just being regular people who know the local market. Dealing with legal papers and property transfers is a lot of work, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time explaining things to folks who aren't sure about the rules here. It can be a bit slow sometimes, waiting for things to move forward, but that's just how it goes. We don't use any fancy sales tricks. People come to us because we’ve been here a long time and we know the blocks around Sector 11 like the back of our hands. If you’re walking around the F block, you’ll see our door. It’s not a big shiny office, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. That's how we've always run things here at Desh Raj & Associates.
