D G Power Tools is situated at Wz-317 in Sharda Niketan, over in Shakurpur Village. We focus on power tools of all kinds. The shop is a bit small, but we pack a lot into it. Shakurpur is a lively place, and we have been a part of this neighborhood for a while. You can find us easily enough if you are walking through. We deal with repairs and sales. Mostly, it’s people coming in with a drill or a saw that stopped working. We take them apart, see what’s wrong, and try to fix them. It can be a messy job with all the sawdust and old grease inside the machines. We don’t use any big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what is wrong with their tool and if we can fix it. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a spare part to arrive. We have a lot of tools hanging on the walls and stacked on the floor. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Our customers are mostly local workers and DIY folks who live nearby. We like the village feel of Shakurpur. It’s a good place to run a business because everyone knows everyone. We just keep our heads down and keep the tools running for whoever needs them. It’s a steady way to make a living and we like it here.
