Our place is over at C-34 in the Pink Apartments, which is in Sector-13 of Rohini. It’s right on the edge where Delhi meets Haryana, so we get people coming in from both sides. The apartments are called Pink but the paint is a bit faded now. Crm Services India Pvt. Ltd operates out of a ground floor unit here. It’s convenient because we don’t have to wait for the lift, which is lucky because it breaks down quite a bit. Inside, the space is divided into a few small rooms. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a lot of computers and the wiring is a bit of a mess under the tables. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the security guards and the local shopkeepers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear ties or anything like that. Usually, there’s some music playing softly in the background to drown out the sound of the traffic from the main road. We handle a lot of customer details and records, so there are always stacks of paper waiting to be shredded or filed. It’s just a steady, daily grind in a quiet corner of Rohini. No one is trying to impress anyone here, we just want to get the work done and go home. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood.
