Our office is in Madangir, at C-2/30. It’s in the East Delhi area, which is always full of life and movement. We’ve set up a small space here to do our tech work. It’s not a large operation, just a handful of us who know our way around a computer. The building is pretty standard for this neighborhood. We don't have a big lobby or a security desk. You just come up and find us. Most of our day is spent typing away and drinking way too much tea. We started this because we liked working with technology, and it’s grown into a regular business over the years. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that stuck on the wall. We just have a list of things to finish by the end of the week. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and end up staying late, but we don't mind it much. The streets outside are always busy, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite when we’re hungry. We like being part of the local community here in Madangir. It’s a real place with real people, and that’s how we try to run things too. We don't use big words to sound important. We just tell it like it is. If we can fix something, we do. If it takes longer, we say so. It’s a simple way to work and it keeps us going.
