Bsw Soft Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a building in the Amarj Yothi Layout, right near the Ring Road in Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always changing, but we’ve stayed put in our spot at number 16. We work on software and technical stuff, but our office doesn’t look like those fancy glass buildings you see in the big tech parks. It’s a more lived-in space in the Domur Extn area. We have desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why code isn't working the way it should. It’s not glamorous work, and we don't have a bean bag chair in sight. We just focus on getting the projects finished for the people who hire us. The traffic on the Ring Road is usually a nightmare, so we’re glad to be slightly tucked away. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits. We don’t go around calling ourselves "innovators" or anything like that. We are just a group of people who know how to build software and want to make a living doing it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and other times we just head out early to beat the evening rush. It’s a straightforward setup for a small software firm. We don’t have a PR team to make us look fancy. We just write the code.
