Bhatia Associates

Bhatia Associates is our small office over in Pitampura, specifically around the A7 Lok area. We’ve been around here for quite some time, just helping people with their housing needs without making too much of a fuss about it. The address is Pitampura Viha, which most locals can find easily enough if they know the neighborhood. We aren't one of those huge firms with hundreds of employees; it’s mostly just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hands. People come to us when they need a flat or maybe a small shop space to start something of their own. We spend a lot of our day walking around the different blocks, checking out what's available and talking to the owners. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is just the nature of the business in a place like Pitampura. Sometimes the market is slow and other times it’s so fast we can hardly keep up. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help finding a place to live. It’s a decent way to make a living and we get to meet all sorts of people from the area. The office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but it works for us and our clients seem to find us just fine.
