Beta Soft Technology

We are located over at A 336 in Vikaspuri. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big commercial hub. The office is part of a regular building, and we have a small sign outside so people do not get lost. Inside, it is mostly just desks and a lot of computer monitors. We work on software and various tech tasks throughout the day. Usually, there are four or five of us in the office at any given time. We do not have a lunchroom, so we just eat at our desks or go to the small park nearby if the weather is nice. The work involves a lot of sitting and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it is supposed to. It is quiet work, mostly punctuated by the sound of someone getting frustrated or the phone ringing. We do not have a big corporate structure or managers watching over our shoulders all the time. We just know what needs to be done and we get to it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. The neighborhood is nice, and there are a few good places to get snacks just a short walk away. It is a plain, functional space where we focus on the technical side of things without any extra fluff or unnecessary meetings.
