Batra Associates

Batra Associates has been based in Sector 16 of Rohini for quite a few years now. We are located at A5/36. It’s a quiet enough street, but we stay busy with all the property work in this part of Delhi. I started working here because I like being involved in how the neighborhood grows. We deal with all kinds of residential and commercial spaces around here. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to get the job done. I usually spend a lot of time on my scooter, going from one block to another to meet people or check on a property. We don't use any of those fancy marketing tricks you see online. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and where to find us. We've lived and worked in Rohini for a long time, so we've seen it change from empty lots to what it is today. When you come into the office, you’ll probably see me or one of the other guys buried in paperwork or talking on the mobile. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has issues, we mention it. If the price is too high, we say so. It’s just about being practical and helping people get through the legal stuff and the search without too much trouble. It's a steady life here in Sector 16 for all of us.
