Bagrrys India Ltd is located over at C-32 on Lawrence Road. This area is mostly industrial, so there’s a lot of coming and going with delivery trucks all day long. We’ve been in this building for a long time, and it’s seen a lot of work over the years. Our main focus is on the food products we handle, which means the place has to stay pretty organized even if it’s busy. There’s usually a faint smell of grains or oats in the air depending on what’s being processed. The office part of the building is pretty basic—just desks, some old computers, and a lot of calendars on the walls. We don’t have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. Most of us just sit together in the break room for lunch. Lawrence Road can be a bit of a nightmare for traffic during peak hours, so we’ve learned to plan our logistics around that. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the day-to-day operations. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid local business. The workers here have been around for a long time, and we all just get on with our jobs. It’s not a high-tech corporate office; it’s more of a functional space where the real work happens. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the machines in the back.
