We are based out of Rani Bagh Lawrence A14 under the name B T W India Pvt Ltd. It is a busy part of the neighborhood with a lot of movement. Our building is quite functional. We have a lot of stuff going on inside, from handling orders to managing the stock. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters you see in movies. It’s a bit more grounded and practical. We have people working in different sections, and there is always a bit of a rush to get things out on time. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually a delivery truck parked out front. We’ve been here in Rani Bagh for some time, so the locals know the address well. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and head home. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We deal with various logistics every day, and it can be stressful when things are behind schedule. But we just keep pushing through it. There aren't any big speeches here. We just focus on the daily operations at A14 and try to stay organized amidst all the activity. It is hard work but we are used to the pace by now.
