We are a small operation based right here in Delhi. Since we don't have a big, fancy storefront in a mall, we spend most of our time in our workshop just getting things done. The city is always moving so fast, and we’re just one small part of it, trying to keep up with everything. Our workspace isn't much to look at, mostly just tables, boxes, and the tools we use every day. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We don't have a lot of meetings or write long reports; we’d rather just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. Most of our staff have been around for a long time, so we’re more like a small family than a group of employees. We have our fair share of arguments when things get busy, but we always end the day on good terms. We handle everything ourselves, from picking out materials to making sure the final product is ready to go. It’s a lot of work and we don't always get it perfect on the first try, but we keep at it until it’s right. We aren't looking to become some huge global corporation; we’re happy just being a solid local business that does what it says it will. It’s a simple life, but it’s busy and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We've lived in Delhi all our lives and this is just how we work.
