We are based in Rohini, specifically at B-2, 115, Sector 17. If you know Delhi at all, you know Rohini is quite a spread-out residential and commercial area. Asian Developer Pvt Ltd. is what we call ourselves. Looking at plans, dealing with property stuff, and talking to people about building things is how we spend the day. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about developers. There is a lot of running around to different sites and then coming back here to sort out the documents. The office is pretty straightforward, no big signs or flashy lights. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new blocks going up all the time. Our office is just a regular setup where we sit and try to figure out the next steps for whatever project is on the table. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. Huge corporate setups with hundreds of employees aren't for us; we are a smaller group trying to make things happen in the real estate world. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on regulations. Rohini is a busy place, and Sector 17 has its own vibe. We just fit in with the rest of the businesses here, doing our part and keeping things moving. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. We just focus on the daily grind.
