Ashish Diamond Tools

We operate out of Rajasthali Apartment, specifically at A 3/21 in the Pitampura area. It is a bit different from the usual industrial shops because we are located within an apartment complex. This means things are a bit quieter here compared to the big markets. We work with diamond tools, which are basically specialized cutting and grinding equipment used for very hard materials. It is precision work, so we don't need a massive factory floor for what we do. The space is used for managing orders and checking the inventory we have on hand. It is mostly desks, some storage units, and a lot of paperwork. People usually call us first before dropping by since we are in a residential building. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. The focus is on the technical side of the tools—knowing which diamond grit is right for which stone or metal. It isn't a high-traffic shop where people just wander in off the street. Most of the people we deal with are regular clients who have been using these tools for their own businesses for years. We keep our overheads low by staying in this spot. It is a simple way of working that suits us just fine. We just make sure the tools are ready and the orders go out on time every week. It gets a bit busy around the end of the month with deliveries.
