Arph Agro Foods Private Limited is located at House No. 209 C in Pocket B-04 of Keshav Puram. It’s basically a house that we’ve converted into our working space. Because it’s in a residential pocket, it’s a bit quieter than the big industrial areas. We like it that way. You don't get as much of the city noise, though there are still plenty of people walking their dogs or kids playing outside. We work in the rooms inside, mostly dealing with the agro side of things. It’s a lot of checking orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't have any fancy signs out front. If you walked past, you might not even know we were a company. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. Most of us have known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the work. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in when there’s a lot to do. Keshav Puram is a nice place to be, and it suits the way we like to run things. We just want to do our work quietly and keep moving forward without any fuss. It works out well for us at the end of the day.
