We are located at N-1/30 in Phase I of Budh Vihar. Alfredkim Systems & Solutions isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this office. We handle various technical systems and help people find solutions for their equipment or software needs. The office is tucked away in a residential and commercial mix, so it feels more like a neighborhood business than a tech hub. We spend most of our time on computers or on the phone trying to figure out why things aren't working right for our clients. It can get a bit cluttered with wires and old hardware sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a coffee machine that does everything. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks getting through the queue of work. Budh Vihar is a busy place, and getting here can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic in Delhi. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There’s no point in making big promises we can’t keep. We just do the work, send the invoices, and move on to the next task. It’s a steady way to make a living and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around here over the years.
