We operate Adiraj Food And Beverage Private Limited from a spot on the Main Road in Dahugutu. It’s a simple place, and if you’re looking for us, we are located c/o Sadanand Mishra. This isn't a big industrial park or anything, just a regular building where we handle our food and beverage business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the stock in the back room. It’s often just a few of us here making sure things are running okay. The road outside can get pretty busy with local traffic, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you mostly just see boxes and the equipment we use for our daily tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to get food and drinks to the people around here. It’s a lot of routine, like checking the dates on products and making sure everything is stored properly. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we have to work extra hard to keep things from spoiling. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned a lot along the way. It’s a modest operation, but it’s ours and we work hard at it every single day. We usually close up early on Sundays to get some rest and spend time with family.
