We run Aarvee Itech Solutions Private Limited from House No 125 in Block X of Mangolpuri. It’s not your typical office setting because we are right in the middle of a residential block. We chose this spot because it’s where we feel most comfortable and it keeps us close to the local community. The office is basically a few rooms in the house that we have converted into a workspace. It’s full of computers, servers, and all the usual IT gear you would expect. We aren't a big, flashy company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who are really into technology and helping people solve their tech problems. Because we are in Mangolpuri, things are always a bit noisy and busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It feels like we are part of the real world rather than being stuck in some sterile office park. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to answer the phones in a professional voice. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We spend our days coding and fixing things, and we usually have some local snacks on the table. It is a very informal way to run things, but it works for us. We pride ourselves on just being regular folks who happen to be very good at IT. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
