Zorba Resorts and Hotels is based out of House Number 136/11 in Kirlawadda, Chimbel. The pin code is 403006. It is a bit of a tucked-away location, which is nice if you want to get some actual work done without the noise of the city. We are in a residential-style house, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We handle the management of our resorts from here. Most of our day is spent talking to the groundskeepers or the kitchen staff at the different properties. Chimbel is an area that a lot of people just drive past, but for us, it is where everything gets organized. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is not any corporate hierarchy here; we just pitch in where it is needed. Sometimes that means fixing a leaky tap ourselves or going out to buy supplies when the delivery truck is late. We like the Kirlawadda area because it is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We do not have a big neon sign out front. It is just the house number on the gate. We keep the records in a few old cabinets and try to stay on top of the bookings. It is a simple way to run a business, but it works for what we need.
