Anil Kumar Lal is the one who usually oversees things here at our C-I unit. It’s a practical place to be because we are close to the heart of the action in Panjim. Sometimes it's hard to find parking near the market, so we usually just walk if we are coming from nearby or park a few streets over. We handle the distribution and the local side of the product business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the products get where they need to go on time. Weikfield makes a lot of different things like pasta and custard, and people here in Goa use them in their kitchens every day. We just make sure the supply is there. It’s a steady job. The office isn't fancy, just functional with fans going.
